Rori Smith

Rori Smith is a movement artist, researcher and teacher residing in Alna, Maine. Her practice arises from a curiosity in perception as a centrifugal force; how we move outward through the world forms how the world appears to us. She is invested in slowing down, making contact and relishing in the particular/particulate qualities of experience. Rori earned an MFA in dance from Temple University and is an interdisciplinary doctoral candidate at University of Maine.
